- Not contain false claims about products, services, or results.
Plans include DIY, DFY, and Enterprise solutions with customizable minutes and AI agent configurations.
4. Data Privacy & Security Obligations
- Clients are solely responsible for the data they upload, including lead lists and data
- You must ensure all data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, TCPA in the U.S.).
- You must not store or transmit sensitive personal information (e.g., credit card details, medical data) through our platform unless explicitly authorized.
5. System Abuse
You must not:
- Interfere with the normal operation of Parakeeet.ai systems.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, APIs, or code.
- Use the service in a way that causes excessive strain, disrupts other users, or risks system stability.
6. AI Usage Restrictions
- The AI cannot be programmed to impersonate public officials, celebrities, or brands without written consent.
- No political campaign, electioneering, or government outreach without prior approval from Parakeeet.ai.
- No deceptive AI interactions intended to extract sensitive information from leads without disclosure.
7. Enforcement & Consequences
Parakeeet.ai reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any account without notice for AUP violations.
- Report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
- Recover costs associated with damages caused by policy breaches.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Parakeeet.ai is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences resulting from client misuse of the platform.
- Clients assume full responsibility for AI interactions, scripts, and compliance with local laws.
9. Modifications
