1. Purpose
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which payments made to Parakeeet.ai are refundable or non-refundable. By engaging with our services, you agree tothese terms in full.
2. General Policy
- All sales, subscriptions, and setup fees are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
- Due to the customised nature of our services (AI voice agent development, integration, and setup), once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for unused subscription minutes or unused service periods.
3. Subscription Plans (DIY & DFY)
- DIY Plans (Monthly/Annual): No partial or prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- DFY Plans: One-time setup fees and monthly retainers are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources, software licenses, and manpower. Multi-language support, advanced reporting, and booking tools
4. Cancellation Terms
- Subscription Cancellations: Must be submitted via email to info@parakeeet.ai at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
- DFY Services: Cancellations after work has started will not result in a refund.
- If a client fails to provide the required assets, approvals, or data on time, Parakeeet.ai is not liable for delays, and payments remain due.
5. Trial & Promotional Offers
- Any trial plan or promotional discount is strictly non-refundable.
- If the trial transitions to a paid plan, the standard refund and cancellation rules apply.
6. Failed Payments & Disputes
- In case of failed payments, services will be paused until payment is received.
- We strongly encourage contacting us directly at info@parakeeet.ai to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in service termination and may incur collection and legal costs.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Overpayment beyond the agreed amount.
- Service not initiated and cancellation requested within 24 hours of payment (before work starts).
8. Service Delivery & Responsibility
- Parakeeet.ai commits to delivering services as per the agreed scope.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their systems, CRMs, and third-party integrations are compatible with our platform.
- Any downtime or disruption caused by third-party tools is outside our refund scope.
9. Refund Processing Timeline (RBI-Compliant)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days for domestic payments and 10–15 business days for international payments.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment processor.
